About This Role
- Provide expert network engineering support focusing on core routing, switching, network security, and diagnostics.
- Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot network issues and customer change requests, including remote operation of high-end network equipment.
- Collaborate with operations, infrastructure teams, ISPs, and external partners to manage and resolve network problems and implement changes.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably Computer Science or Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in a network environment as a mid-level engineer.
- Professional certification such as CCNA or CCNP is mandatory.
- Experience with TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VPNs, network security, and routing and switching required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently on complex network issues.
- Experience working with ISPs and managing communication with onsite resources and customers.
- Comfortable working with cutting-edge network security technologies and in a collaborative technical environment.
