Experience with customer validation, contract administration, and membership operations in pharmaceutical settings.
Strong skills in Excel, documentation, and ability to manage multiple priorities with deadline orientation.
Experienced in U.S. pharmaceutical commercial operations with knowledge of customer eligibility, membership, and GPO contracting processes.
Familiarity with commercial operations platforms such as HCM, GCPS, SAP, Tableau, OneKey, HIBCC, HRSA, or Model N and understanding of legal entity hierarchies and data management.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills suited to a regulated, deadline-driven, and collaborative work environment.
