Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Experience supporting customer validation, contract administration, data management, or operational processes.
Experienced in U.S. pharmaceutical commercial operations with knowledge of customer eligibility, GPO contracting, and market access processes.
Skilled at managing complex data systems and customer master data platforms such as HCM, GCPS, SAP, and related tools.
Capable of coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders within a global operating model with strong focus on compliance and process improvements.
