Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Experienced in pharmaceutical commercial operations, particularly customer master data and membership operations in the U.S. pharma market.
Skilled in coordinating across multiple stakeholders and systems such as HCM, GCPS, SAP, OneKey, HRSA for accurate membership execution and compliance.
Proven ability to manage detailed data validation, support audit and compliance processes, and drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency.
