About This Role
- Support day-to-day U.S. Medicaid rebate operations execution including invoice receipt, claim processing, payment package preparation, and documentation.
- Perform invoice validation, CLD support, dispute documentation, and maintain accurate trackers and audit trails to ensure compliance and operational accuracy.
- Collaborate with Medicaid Manager and cross-functional U.S.-based teams to enhance Medicaid operational processes and controls, while supporting audit and continuous improvement activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 2–5 years experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, managed markets, Medicaid rebates, finance operations, revenue management, claims operations, analytics, or related controlled business operations.
- Proficiency in Excel, documentation, reporting, and analytical skills with ability to meet deadlines and follow SOPs in controlled environment.
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in relevant pharma or healthcare operations domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Medicaid rebate operations or related managed markets finance and claims validation with understanding of pharmaceutical revenue management concepts.
- Comfortable working with U.S.-based stakeholders in a distributed global model, handling multiple priorities with attention to detail and compliance.
- Familiarity with systems such as Model N / PbN, Validata, SAP, SharePoint, and analytical/reporting tools used for Medicaid and rebate processes.
