2–5 years experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, managed markets, Medicaid rebates, finance operations, revenue management, claims operations, analytics, or related controlled business operations.
Proficiency in Excel, documentation, reporting, and analytical skills with ability to meet deadlines and follow SOPs in controlled environment.
Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in relevant pharma or healthcare operations domain.
Experienced in Medicaid rebate operations or related managed markets finance and claims validation with understanding of pharmaceutical revenue management concepts.
Comfortable working with U.S.-based stakeholders in a distributed global model, handling multiple priorities with attention to detail and compliance.
Familiarity with systems such as Model N / PbN, Validata, SAP, SharePoint, and analytical/reporting tools used for Medicaid and rebate processes.
