About This Role
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy and design for Offer Lifecycle Management projects, ensuring customer lead time, on-time delivery, inventory health, and sales targets.
- Drive supply chain excellence including logistic offer definition, upstream/downstream supply chain architecture, supplier selection, and E2E flow optimization.
- Lead and manage multiple regional supply chain planning and logistics teams across projects in an international and multi-lingual environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management including leadership of end-to-end supply chain functions.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, technology, or related industries.
- Proficiency with supply chain planning tools such as Kinaxis, One MM, OneFilog, SSP2.0 and digital transformation experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with strategic thinking and ability to manage complex, global, multi-regional logistics and supply chain projects.
- Proven capability in supply chain transformation, digitization, and driving operational excellence using Lean, Six Sigma methodologies.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a matrixed international environment focusing on planning and supply chain performance improvement.
