About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain production-quality software including APIs, backend services, and automation that support engineering and business workflows.
- Contribute to cloud-native applications and develop AI-enabled solutions such as LLM integrations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows.
- Apply engineering best practices in testing, observability, security, reliability, maintainability, and participate in technical design and problem-solving.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–6 years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals and coding skills.
- Hands-on experience with React or Vue.js and Python or other modern programming languages.
- Experience in cloud-native application development with exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus CI/CD and automated deployment.
- Must be able to work from Pune or Bengaluru in a hybrid setup.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building backend services, APIs, AI-powered applications, and integrations involving LLMs, RAG, or agentic workflows.
- Comfortable working with modern developer tooling, Git, cloud platforms, and automated delivery pipelines in ambiguous technical environments.
- Comfortable contributing to platform engineering, internal tooling, and evolving AI integration patterns in a fast-growing technology consultancy.
