About This Role
- Develop and execute sales strategy for IEC61439 Tested, Licensed Panels in South India to drive market penetration and growth.
- Achieve sales targets focusing on sustainable order, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, manage key contracts and customer relationships within Electrification Smart Power - Licensed Panels business.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience in LT Switchgear products, systems, and solutions with exposure to LT switchboards.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (full-time) or Diploma with 12+ years relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of LT panels, low voltage equipment, electrical distribution solutions, and panel builders/industrial segments in South India.
- Work location: Bangalore, India (Onsite); Experience managing sales processes, pricing, financial, contractual, cybersecurity, and compliance risks.

- Experienced in direct sales, account management, and customer acquisition in South India industrial electrical segment.
- Capable of translating technical and commercial customer needs into business-aligned solutions.
- Proven skills in sales leadership, contract negotiation, stakeholder and customer relationship management.
