About This Role
- Manage and achieve business targets for DIN Rail and Wiring Accessories within the assigned cluster (Lucknow) including value, volume, profitability, and product mix objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with top builders, contractors, and channel partners to expand a sustainable partner network and customer base.
- Plan and execute monthly sales forecasts, order bookings, promotional activities, and identify new market opportunities to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or equivalent discipline; MBA preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience in sales or business development, preferably with exposure to wiring accessories.
- Experience with Low Voltage (LV) product segments and channel management is mandatory.
- Work location: Lucknow, India; Work model: Onsite Li.
