About This Role
- Own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) execution including purchase requisition review, PO issuance, and vendor management across Glean and subsidiaries globally.
- Ensure compliance with Glean's Global Procurement Policy, maintain audit readiness, and partner with Legal, Security, Finance, and Strategic Sourcing for approvals and contract management.
- Drive procurement process improvements, documentation (SOPs), system updates, and reporting, including monitoring of contract renewals, ATF purchases, and period-end activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Procurement and Operations, preferably in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Proficiency with P2P platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, ZIP, or Ramp.
- Location: Hybrid role requiring 4 days/week onsite in Bangalore.
