Common mid-level BPO supervisor role in a metro with broad skill needs increases applicant competition.
Core skills transfer across BPO/shared-services, but document-processing and procurement context create moderate domain bias.
Explicit years, supervisory minimums, domain-specific BPO/document-processing skills and shift requirements make filtering strict.
Build and manage a new Human-in-the-Loop operations team handling non-autonomous document processing for the ADM platform, accountable for throughput, accuracy, and team development.
Manage daily operational metrics including SLA compliance, quality audits, staffing rosters, and real-time coordination with US Engineering and Product teams.
Provide structured product feedback from operational insights and lead continuous improvement efforts with documented KPI reporting and performance management.
Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate in Operations, Business Administration or related preferred.
Minimum 6 years experience in BPO, KPO, or shared services document processing operations; at least 2 years in supervisory role managing 10+ staff.
Proven expertise in operational KPI management (SLA, AHT, quality, shrinkage, absenteeism, attrition) and quality audit processes with coaching.
Must be willing and able to work rotational shifts including US Mountain Time night shifts, onsite 5 days a week in Hyderabad.
Experienced supervisor comfortable owning end-to-end people management including rostering, performance cycles, and absenteeism control in a production environment.
Skilled in generating operational reports and structured documentation (SOPs, job aids) from scratch and liaising with US stakeholders regularly via video calls.
Familiarity with AI-augmented operations or document intelligence tools, and prior experience standing up new teams or functions is a strong advantage.
