About This Role
- Lead and manage the India-based accounting team, ensuring high performance, professional development, and successful delivery of client accounting work.
- Collaborate with US client accounting teams on deliverables, deadlines, and workload; manage onboarding, training, and mentoring within the team.
- Oversee financial statement preparation and review for accuracy and completeness; build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including employees, partners, and clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance with management and leadership roles.
- Certified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or CMA license.
- Proficient with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Xero, or Intacct; strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
