Business Analyst - Assistant Manager - Lending

Own end-to-end tracking and monitoring of the personal loan funnel across multiple lending partners, focusing on conversion, drop-off, and approval rates.

Design, maintain, and automate real-time dashboards and alert systems for cross-functional stakeholders to drive proactive funnel management.

Partner with risk, product, growth, and call center teams to analyze funnel performance, optimize outreach efficiency, and identify automation opportunities.

2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally in fintech, lending, or related consumer-tech domain.

Strong SQL skills; working knowledge of Python is a plus.

Hands-on experience with BI/dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).

Solid grasp of statistics and ability to translate data into business insights.

Experience working across cross-functional teams including risk, product, growth, and operations in a lending or credit context.

Proven ability to analyze and optimize lending or credit funnels (personal loans, BNPL, etc.).

Familiarity with automation through AI tools for reporting and analytics workflows is highly valued.
