Proven experience leading Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
Experienced in managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement and complex requirement gathering with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Supply Chain teams.
Strong operational focus on Oracle ERP P2P and Finance controls, process optimization, and compliance in a global enterprise environment.
Capability to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud/EBS projects including integration and testing, with knowledge of supporting enterprise applications and Agile/Waterfall delivery methods.
