Proficiency in accounting standards including IFRS and US GAAP.
Location requirement: Gurgaon/Noida within hiring zone; Shift timing 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST; Hybrid work model.
Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a multi-stakeholder environment involving onshore and offshore collaboration.
Experience working with advanced financial tools such as Workday and Adaptive Planning is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple reporting deliverables under tight deadlines with excellent organizational and communication skills.
