About This Role
- Own and execute detailed budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for specific lines of business, delivering insights and management reports.
- Manage stakeholder coordination across onshore and offshore teams including Account Management, Finance Business Partners, and accounting teams to meet cost and efficiency targets.
- Design and maintain reporting templates, documentation, and presentations to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement of financial reporting processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A or Business Finance functions.
- Qualified or semi-qualified accountant (CA/CWA/CIMA/ACCA) or MBA in Finance/M.Com with 6+ years total experience.
- Proficiency in accounting standards including IFRS and US GAAP.
- Location requirement: Gurgaon/Noida within hiring zone; Shift timing 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST; Hybrid work model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a multi-stakeholder environment involving onshore and offshore collaboration.
- Experience working with advanced financial tools such as Workday and Adaptive Planning is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple reporting deliverables under tight deadlines with excellent organizational and communication skills.
