About This Role
- Manage a portfolio of sourcing initiatives with medium spend and complexity, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, risk, sustainability, and diversity targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing and category strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
- Lead supplier relationship management and contract negotiations, ensuring compliance and integration of risk and performance management practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
- 3 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
- Competency in procurement technology platforms including e-sourcing, spend analysis, and contract management.
- Shift B (India) work timing requirement.

- Experience managing medium complexity sourcing projects with measurable business impact.
- Strong collaborator able to influence and align multiple internal stakeholders including legal and risk teams.
