Sr. Advanced Services Consulting Engineer

Act as a post-sales consultant representing both HPE and the customer to manage service delivery, including HPE Premium Care, Advanced Care, and Optimization Service.

Coordinate between customers, partners, account teams, and internal HPE teams (Professional Services, Advanced Services, Engineering) to manage deliverables, escalations, and service quality reviews.

Deliver proactive consulting services such as technical analysis, health checks, risk assessments, and optimization recommendations for network solutions.

8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting data center, IP/MPLS networks with high exposure to network operations.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Deep understanding of core IP networking concepts (TCP/IP, QoS, VLAN, STP, IPSEC, NAT, IPv6) and Layer 2/3 protocols (VRRP, OSPF, BGP, Multicast, MPLS VPN).

Onsite work requirement at HPE office; willingness to work primarily onsite.

Experienced in large enterprise and/or network service provider environments, familiar with complex network operations and architectural design.

Technical expertise with advanced networking technologies including Segment Routing, Traffic Engineering, DC Switching, VxLAN, EVPN, SD-WAN, Wireless, and automation.

Familiar with HPE, Juniper, Aruba, or Edge Connect products; professional certifications like JNCIS/JNCIP/JNCIE or equivalent considered advantage.
