About This Role
- Own and manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
- Ensure statutory compliance and accurate payroll processing in coordination with Finance and Legal teams.
- Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, processes, HRMS administration, and reporting including HR dashboards and MIS.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience managing HRMS and payroll processes.
- Location requirement: Mumbai with 5 days office work arrangement.
