About This Role
- Drive automation, AI-powered capabilities, and digital enablement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and employee technology experience across End User Services.
- Develop and implement API integrations and scalable automation solutions to enhance self-service and service maturity.
- Lead project management, stakeholder engagement, and service improvement activities to deliver measurable business and service outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Automation, API Integrations, Chatbots/AI solutions, and Digital Employee Experience initiatives.
- Experience with driving service improvement initiatives, self-service adoption, and knowledge management.
- Work Experience Required: At least 2+ years in relevant technical automation and AI-enabled service roles.
- Location Requirement: Hyderabad, India (APAC Home Office)

- Proficient in developing scalable and repeatable automation and integration solutions with a strong engineering mindset.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and able to partner with global technical and business teams effectively.
- Experience with technologies such as Nexthink, ServiceNow, Power Platform, Power BI, and knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or SAFe frameworks.
