Experienced in complex network/system troubleshooting with strong system thinking skills and ability to isolate failures to component level.
Skilled in cross-functional leadership and strategic coordination for network performance and defect management processes.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps, SRE practices, and optionally holds networking certifications like CCNA/CCNE and deep knowledge of VSAT and TDMA satellite network operations.
