About This Role
- Handle all incoming fleet maintenance calls including driver breakdowns and coordinate responses using a nationwide network of service providers.
- Manage third-party repair orders, review repair quotes to identify cost-saving opportunities, and determine warranty coverage for repairs.
- Create purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to collect quotes, invoices, and maintenance documentation while ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, Customer Service, or related field with exposure to international business/clients (USA, UK, AUS, EU).
- Graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance).
- Proficiency with ERP applications such as Peoplesoft or Oracle, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts with 24/7 support availability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with international clients/business, specifically in USA, UK, Australia, or EU regions, indicating ability to communicate effectively across geographies.
- Detail-oriented with strong skills in reviewing and reporting financial or service data to optimize repairs and costs.
- Comfortable operating in 24/7 rotational shift environment with commitment to operational readiness and safety compliance.
