Work Experience Required: 15-18 years of relevant development and technical leadership experience.
Experienced technical leader comfortable managing distributed Agile teams and delivery across multiple locations with accountability for build, change, and support.
Deep domain expertise in FX or equity electronic trading environments, including knowledge of trade lifecycle and financial integration protocols (FIX, SWIFT) seen as a plus.
Proven ability to architect complex low-latency, high-throughput systems using microservices, cloud-native AWS/Azure, and modern engineering practices with a strategic and innovative problem-solving approach.
