About This Role
- Develop and lead execution of network automation roadmap aligned with business and infrastructure strategy, driving measurable ROI and operational improvements.
- Architect, implement, and operationalize enterprise-grade automation platforms and orchestration frameworks across multi-vendor, multi-domain network environments globally.
- Provide Level 3/4 support, establish governance, runbooks, monitoring, and collaborate across teams to embed automation into network design, security, and cloud infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing network automation solutions at scale, with proven platform implementation.
- Expert proficiency in Ansible (Tower/AWX preferred) and strong Python skills for automation; experience with Terraform and CI/CD platforms preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in greenfield automation platform deployment capable of driving organizational adoption and cultural transformation towards automation-first operating models.
- Comfortable architecting scalable network automation across multi-domain environments including campus, data center, cloud, and SD-WAN.
- Strong collaborator who can align automation efforts with network architecture, security, cloud, and DevOps teams, while mentoring peers on automation best practices.
