About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks for web, API, batch, and mobile platforms to enhance product quality and regression efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, plan test strategies, and execute test cases covering functional, regression, accessibility, and microservices testing.
- Drive defect analysis and quality improvement by tracking defect patterns, troubleshooting issues using SQL and automation tools, and participating in Agile development cycles.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), automation testing, or quality engineering role.
- Proven hands-on expertise with Selenium, Playwright, and automation scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Groovy, Shell, or Perl.
- Strong experience with API testing (SOAP and REST) using tools like SOAP UI and Postman; proficiency in testing across UI, API, batch, and mobile channels.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.

- Experienced in building and improving automation frameworks and test processes in enterprise-scale financial technology environments.
- Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies with practical experience participating in sprint ceremonies and continuous delivery.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to write complex SQL queries and analyze defect trends to recommend improvements.
