About This Role
- Design, develop, and support full-stack applications focusing on Java/Python backend, API design, system integration, and database solutions (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Collaborate with frontend teams on Angular and JavaScript to deliver scalable, maintainable business applications.
- Lead complex refactors, improve CI/CD pipelines, and establish best practices for application reliability, observability, and production support.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, full stack development, or IT systems delivery.
- Strong experience in frontend development using Angular and JavaScript.
- Experience with backend development and system integration using Java and/or Python, along with database technologies MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (coding assistants, agents), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex software refactors and ensuring high-quality, reliable application delivery.
- Comfortable working across full stack technology domains, including frontend frameworks and backend integration.
- Familiar with leveraging modern tools like AI coding assistants to enhance development productivity and delivery velocity.
