About This Role
- Create comprehensive test plans and test strategy documents based on business requirements for ETL releases.
- Develop and execute complex SQL scripts and automate checks for validating source-to-target data mappings and transformations.
- Perform ETL validation, platform migration audits (DB2 vs Cloudera), manage defect logging, troubleshooting, and retesting to ensure data quality and integrity.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of ETL Test Engineer experience with B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (IT) OR 4+ years with B.Sc./BCA/B.Com./BBA degrees from AICTE-approved institutions.
- Must have passed or clear ITSQB Foundation Level (or equivalent) certification within three months of joining.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, developing stored procedures, functions, and reviewing database triggers.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years as ETL Test Engineer.
