7+ years of hands-on IBM AS400 (IBM i / iSeries) development experience with strong expertise in RPG/RPGLE, Free-Form RPG, SQLRPGLE, CL/CLLE, DB2/400, Batch Processing, DFUs, Query tools.
Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex application issues, including knowledge of IBM i APIs, Data Queues, MQ, Multi-threading, Journaling.
Location requirement: Pune, India.
Experienced engineer proficient in legacy AS400/IBM i technologies with strong ownership of end-to-end software delivery and production support.
Comfortable working across global, cross-functional teams including product management and support, with demonstrated leadership in software modernization and continuous improvement.
Experienced in Agile development practices (Scrum/Kanban) with a focus on automation, software quality, and operational reliability improvements.
