About This Role
- Own end-to-end feature development of scalable, performant PHP-based web applications using AI-assisted coding tools.
- Collaborate with product owners to create detailed technical specifications and ensure high-quality implementation and testing of features.
- Mentor engineers on AI tool usage and contribute to evolving AI-assisted development workflows and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering designing scalable web applications and services.
- Proficiency in PHP (Laravel/Kohana) and .NET (C#), experience with AWS deployments including Terragrunt/Terraform, and messaging platforms like SNS/SQS.
- Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code) and strong skills in spec-driven development, code review, SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB).

- Experienced in delivering cloud-native, event-driven architectures on AWS with strong emphasis on performance and scalability.
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team and self-driven in AI-assisted software development processes.
- Focused on improving development processes and mentoring peers on advanced AI coding tools usage and spec writing.
