About This Role
- Lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID design, implementation, security, and operations.
- Drive strategic identity modernization initiatives in collaboration with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, application, and business stakeholders.
- Establish operational excellence by setting service-level objectives, managing incidents, automating processes, and overseeing vendor relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience administering and engineering Active Directory environments.
- 5+ years supporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity architectures.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.

- Proven leader capable of managing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing identity engineering teams.
- Experienced in enterprise-scale identity modernization and security-focused identity access management.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with security, cloud, infrastructure, and business units to deliver scalable authentication and authorization solutions.
