About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards, interactive and paginated reports, semantic models, and reusable BI assets.
- Partner with business and product stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable, governed, and user-friendly analytical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and improve data accuracy, report functionality, refresh reliability, security, and BI performance, while mentoring junior developers and contributing to BI standards and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, database development, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building solutions in Power BI including Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and semantic modeling.
- Strong SQL skills including complex queries, views, stored procedures, and transformations.
- Working knowledge of Git-based source control, CI/CD, BI security practices, and production support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end BI solution delivery with strong ownership of design, testing, and performance optimization.
- Proficient in collaborating with diverse stakeholders including business, product, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Familiarity and comfort with responsible use of AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while ensuring quality and security.
