About This Role
- Own and drive product strategy and roadmap for Primavera CoE portfolio platforms, ensuring alignment with business value and On Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
- Lead globally distributed technical teams to execute multiple interdependent projects, resolving execution roadblocks and managing vendor teams to meet Safety Quality Delivery Cost (SQDC) targets.
- Provide technical and strategic leadership, mentoring Technical Product Managers, overseeing application consistency, integration strategy, and promoting reuse and sustainability across GE Vernova.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 11+ years of experience in IT with demonstrable history of delivering quality IT projects on schedule.
- Strong experience implementing system integrations and practicing Agile project management.
- Work with globally distributed teams; experience in managing multiple interdependent projects and cross-functional delivery required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex, fast-paced IT environments with large-scale program leadership and support including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Proficient in stakeholder negotiation and translating ambiguous business needs into actionable technical solutions in an enterprise software context.
- Deep knowledge of Primavera CoE solutions, especially Primavera P6, with ability to drive cross-business platform adoption and maintain strategic alignment across global teams.
