About This Role
- Oversee project documentation, procurement, financial management, and report preparation for the Centre for Environmental Science and Engineering.
- Manage office procedures including record maintenance, administration, purchase processes, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare budget proposals and ensure adherence to accounting and financial workflow within project framework.
Minimum Requirements
- Postgraduate degree with minimum 12 years relevant experience in government/educational or organizational context OR CA/ICWA/CS qualification with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in written and oral communication and computer applications.
- Experience in office procedures, financial/accounting work, project documentation, procurement, and compliance/document maintenance.
- Contractual position with an initial appointment of one year, extendable based on performance.

- Experienced in managing projects within government, educational institutions or similar organizational frameworks with accountability for financial and administrative functions.
- Demonstrates capability in compliance adherence, documentation and budget preparation for scientific or environmental projects.
