About This Role
- Drive generation and implementation of high-impact improvement insights impacting sellers, customers, and Amazon through data analysis and process improvements.
- Lead end-to-end projects including strategic policy development, automation initiatives, and establishment of SOPs and process controls aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with policy, program, tech, and product teams to develop scalable solutions and communicate insights to diverse stakeholder groups including senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of cross-functional experience working with tech and non-tech teams.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL experience.

- Experienced in driving process improvements and delivering end-to-end projects with measurable impact.
- Skilled in stakeholder management at multiple organizational levels, including senior leadership communication.
- Capable of managing operations capacity, performing root cause analysis, and independently resolving process gaps with minimal guidance.
