About This Role
- Own flawless implementation of business configurations including tariff plans, recharge configurations, and system grids within turnaround time (TAT).
- Manage product lifecycle tasks including go-live support, UAT, periodic cleanups, customer complaint resolution, and audit artifact preparation.
- Provide operational support for reconciliation, product testing, promotion configurations, and integration of systems like SDP, AIR, and ECMS.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Configurations with domain expertise in Database, Linux, and Application architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or MCA.
- Technical knowledge required: CAMEL & Diameter protocol, Ericsson IN architecture, prepaid voice/SMS/USSD/data charging call flows.
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra or Hyderabad, Telangana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in Operations domain with knowledge of operational processes around telecom product management.
- Technical proficiency to handle integration and configuration tasks involving telecom protocols and charging systems.
- Capable of managing timelines and coordination with cross-functional teams for product implementation and issue resolution.
