About This Role
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI models including design, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and optimization in production environments.
- Lead development of production-grade LLM-based applications, multi-agent systems, and AI workflows with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Build and maintain evaluation, testing, and MLOps/LLMOps frameworks to ensure AI system quality, observability, and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML or related roles with proven track record of shipping AI products at scale.
- Strong Python programming and software engineering skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agent systems (e.g. LangGraph, RAG), and ML evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with MLops/LLMOps practices including deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable, production-grade AI/LLM systems with ownership of AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Skilled in building automation workflows integrating agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Proficient in designing evaluation and reliability frameworks for generative AI models and implementing continuous improvements based on structured testing.
