About This Role
- Lead enterprise-wide adoption of AI-native software engineering practices using GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI, and GitHub Actions to improve development productivity and software delivery outcomes.
- Assess engineering maturity and AI readiness across development, QA, DevOps, and platform teams, define transformation roadmaps, and implement AI-driven SDLC operating models.
- Drive developer enablement through coaching, workshops, change management, and large-scale adoption programs while defining success metrics, KPIs, and ROI for AI transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI, and GitHub Actions.
- Minimum 12+ years of industry experience with at least 6+ years leading DevOps transformation, software engineering enablement, and enterprise-scale technology adoption programs.
- Experience with AI-assisted software engineering and developer productivity transformation.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 12+ years in industry with 6+ years in relevant leadership roles.
