Specialist Deputy Manager, Transformation and Optimization - Data Strategist - Hyderabad

Build and maintain a central data & analytics platform providing trusted data, models, and reporting for Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) teams.

Perform and manage scenario, optimization, and trade-off analyses, along with designing data models and repeatable reporting frameworks to support business decisions.

Govern data architecture, quality, cataloging, and standards to ensure a reliable, reusable data asset and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver executive-ready analytics recommendations.

Bachelor's degree in business, data and analytics, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or related field.

8+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, strategy, or an analytical role.

Proficiency with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau; experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks.

Work Experience Required: 8+ years.

Experienced in framing ambiguous business problems into structured analytical questions and decision frameworks.

Skilled in collaborating closely with data engineering teams and governance functions to shape data architecture, cataloging, and standards.

Proven ability to produce credible, repeatable analysis and executive-level recommendations within a complex, cross-functional environment.
