About This Role
- Lead and deliver moderately complex technical initiatives within the software engineering domain.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document projects including upgrades and deployments, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership, resolve challenges, guide less experienced staff, and collaborate with peers and managers to meet goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Proficiency in Java v17, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud technologies, OpenShift Kubernetes, ReactJS or Angular, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with software development tools such as Gradle and Git, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with multi-model large language model (LLM) strategies and GenAI developer tools (e.g., Copilot, Devin).
- Prior mentoring or technical lead experience and understanding of regulated environments including model risk and validation.
- Experience in mortgage domain systems (origination, underwriting, servicing, default management) and familiarity with event streaming (Kafka), DevSecOps, microservices, integration patterns, and Oracle JDBC (UCP).
