About This Role
- Own end-to-end execution of technical projects including requirements gathering, technical and functional specifications, testing, and deployment to meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with Hydro Power Architect to build and validate solution architecture before implementation following organizational processes.
- Prioritize and manage diverse projects such as technology or platform migrations in D&A or Salesforce platforms and generative AI projects, aligned with the roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic knowledge.
- 5 to 8 years of experience, including advanced program/project management experience.
- Experience in project management roles involving Salesforce (SFDC) and Data & Analytics (D&A) platforms.
- Demonstrated understanding and exposure to Generative AI technology.

- Experienced managing international and multicultural teams with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to translate business needs into technical requirements and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with project methodologies including Agile and Waterfall, with knowledge of Lean concepts and problem-solving techniques.
