About This Role
- Design, integrate, and operationalize enterprise authentication solutions for human and non-human identities across workforce identity ecosystem.
- Lead implementation and hardening of authentication protocols including OIDC/OAuth2, SAML, SSO, FIDO2/WebAuthn, PKI, API auth, and Unix/Linux authentication at scale.
- Operate and evolve large-scale IAM environments with automation (IaC, config management, CI/CD), reliability (HA/DR), and drive operational excellence via collaboration and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in cybersecurity engineering with hands-on principal engineering experience (not architect-only).
- 6+ years of relevant work experience to perform this role.
- Deep expertise in authentication technologies: OIDC/OAuth2, SAML, SSO, FIDO2/WebAuthn, PKI, API auth, Unix/Linux authentication at enterprise scale.
- Experience with IAM platforms and integrations: HashiCorp Vault, HSMs, CyberArk, SailPoint, Entra ID, Ping Identity, IDM/LDAP, RCBI, including policy design, automation, and migrations.

- Engineer with strong systems integrator mindset able to customize and unify vendor products and standards into cohesive, auditable authentication solutions.
- Experienced in operating authentication/IAM services globally at scale with focus on resiliency, automation, and compliance.
- Successful in large institutional environments, able to influence roadmaps and drive adoption of controls and best practices.
