About This Role
- Lead strategic business planning, performance management, and governance for Enterprise Operations, aligning with organizational objectives and supporting long-term growth.
- Develop and deliver executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and communications that enable senior leadership decision-making.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, business reviews, benchmarking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business transformation and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Banking & Financial Services in Strategy, Business Planning, Finance, Consulting, or Operations with senior stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, strategic analysis, and executive reporting.
- Work Location: Bangalore; Role Type: Hybrid; Work timing: 2:00pm to 11:00pm IST.
