Proven strategic and operational leadership in large-scale mission-critical 24x7 NOC or equivalent operations of at least 40+ staff.
Experience supporting payment or high-volume transaction processing environments in highly regulated settings.
Ability to drive complex projects involving multi-stakeholder coordination, with strong analytical and relationship management skills.
