About This Role
- Lead and manage a team responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing Private Fund documents within SLAs, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Oversee troubleshooting of complex document processing exceptions and modify incorrectly extracted data using machine learning outputs and human review.
- Drive team performance metrics (SLA compliance, accuracy, throughput), act as escalation point, engage with clients and data providers, and collaborate with product/engineering to improve workflows and tooling.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience including financial investment/advisory and Alternatives (Private/Draw-down) Funds reporting.
- At least 2+ years of people leadership experience managing analysts or senior analysts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the role's country on first employment day; Visa sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Private Equity / Alternatives investment processes including handling of Private Fund statements and capital market operations.
- Operationally strong in managing document processing with a focus on quality and SLA adherence alongside cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Comfortable working flexible hours to support global US/EMEA shifts and driving process improvements in an AI-assisted data operations environment.
