About This Role
- Own end-to-end design and architecture of AI-driven business transformation projects embedded with customers.
- Act as the technical lead and strategist bridging pre-sales, customer success, engineering, and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Drive delivery and oversee implementation ensuring architectural alignment, quality, compliance, and measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience in solution architecture or consulting with enterprise-scale, customer-facing software implementations.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and modern integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, pipelines).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Willingness and ability to travel 80–90% to client locations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise SaaS/platform architectures with knowledge of extensibility and multi-tenant design principles.
- Strong business acumen translating customer priorities into technical execution plans and tracking success with OKRs/KPIs.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-track projects while acting as a technical trusted advisor to diverse stakeholders.
