About This Role
- Own end-to-end design and delivery of AI-driven business transformation projects as a hands-on senior technical architect.
- Work directly with customers (80% customer-facing) to build, configure, and launch intelligent AI agents integrated with external platforms for workflow automation.
- Lead technical execution including coding proofs-of-concept, custom integrations, tuning agent performance, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python; experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and applied AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, observability).

- Experienced in architecting and deploying scalable AI agent solutions with practical customer engagement and problem-solving focus.
- Skilled in system integration via APIs, webhooks, and event/data pipelines to enable seamless workflow automation.
