About This Role
- Own end-to-end design and delivery of AI-driven business transformation projects as a hands-on senior technical architect.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to scope, prototype, and implement AI agent-based solutions using DevRev's platform, including coding and debugging.
- Serve as technical owner of customer relationships, ensuring successful delivery and acting as advisor on AI architecture, performance, and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python; experience with AI/ML frameworks like LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, function calling.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, observability).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience architecting and delivering scalable AI agent solutions involving system integration and customer-facing roles.
- Strong coding and architectural skills with ability to translate customer business needs into technical designs and working prototypes.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of pre-sales, customer success, engineering, and product to drive AI adoption and technical delivery in enterprise environments.
