About This Role
- Develop and deploy AI agents, integrations, and automations connecting DevRev with customers' tech stacks and workflows.
- Integrate DevRev with various SaaS and non-SaaS platforms using APIs, webhooks, and real-time communication architectures.
- Work directly with customers (80% of time) including on-site implementations and technical workshops (up to 80% travel).
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python; familiarity with AI concepts like LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% for customer engagements and implementations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in customer-facing roles involving direct technical collaboration and solution delivery.
- Skilled in large-scale data synchronization, API integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, webhooks), event-driven architectures.
- Proficient with cloud deployment technologies (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions), modern DevOps practices, and observability for debugging.
