About This Role
- Develop and deploy AI agents, integrations, and automations to connect DevRev platform with customers' existing technology stacks and workflows.
- Lead large-scale system integrations via APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and support data synchronization for real-time communication.
- Engage predominantly in customer-facing technical roles (80%), including rapid prototyping, demos, and cross-team collaboration to align product and customer needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering.
- Strong coding skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python; familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% for onsite customer engagements and implementations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building AI-enabled integrations with working knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, and agentic AI solutions.
- Proficient in cloud deployment (serverless, edge) with modern DevOps practices and observability for debugging and monitoring.
- Comfortable with working directly with customers and cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts and drive solution adoption.
