About This Role
- Provide Level 2 technical support for end-user incidents and requests in a multi-cloud (Azure, AWS) environment.
- Lead FinOps operations using Azure and AWS Cost Explorer to optimize cloud infrastructure costs for projects and users.
- Automate daily operational activities through scripting and cloud-native serverless tools in collaboration with Cloud Architects and Operators.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven hands-on expertise with Azure and AWS platforms, including cloud security best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Azure governance, specifically Azure Policies and Initiatives.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and hands-on experience with Azure Runbooks, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-cloud environments with operational and FinOps responsibilities.
- Capable of independently automating cloud operational workflows using scripts and serverless cloud tools.
- Comfortable working in an international, multicultural team with strong communication skills and a proactive, autonomous approach.
