About This Role
- Lead and develop the Global Delivery Hub in Pune, driving strategic vision, execution, and growth of consulting and staffing business operations in India.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery excellence, manage multiple project teams, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain key client relationships at executive level.
- Develop and optimize operational processes for scalability, establish governance and KPIs, and lead organizational planning, recruiting, and performance management.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in consulting, services delivery, staffing, or professional services with 10+ years in senior leadership roles managing large, complex operations.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
- Must be physically located in and work from Karnataka or Maharashtra (India) with a hybrid attendance model including onsite presence.
- Experience with India market delivery centers and strategic client relationship management required.
